With great excitement, we are proud to announce that Dell Children’s has been recognized as a 2023-2024 Best Children’s Hospital by U.S. News & World Report.

Two of our programs ranked in the top 50 in the nation, Dell Children’s Neonatology and the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease. Several other Dell Children’s specialties improved their overall scores and were close to breaking into the top 50.

Each year, U.S. News & World Report weighs many factors in ranking the top Children’s Hospitals across the nation broken down by specialty. Surveying more than 15,000 pediatric specialists, gathering data from more than 200 medical institutions and considering key factors like patient safety, preventing infection, and efficiency of nursing staff, the rankings are compiled within 10 specialities. Dell Children’s is one of only 89 hospitals with national rankings in the 2023-2024 report.

With community support, we have made investments in people, facilities and technology as we take a giant leap toward becoming a top-tier pediatric institution in the country. These advancements being recognized on a national stage is another validation of the great work happening at Dell Children’s.
